Common questions
I got a new iPhone. How do I get looping back?
Open Scripture Loop, go to Settings, and tap Restore purchase. Your unlock comes back on any iPhone signed in with the same Apple ID.
How do I keep my notes and progress when I change phones?
Everything is saved on your phone only. In Settings, tap Export backup and save the file somewhere safe, then use Import backup on your new phone. The same file works with the website.
I have a code for Scripture Loop.
In the app, go to Settings and tap Redeem a code, or redeem it in the App Store app under your account.
The audio stops or doesn’t play.
Recordings stream from the internet, so check your connection, and make sure your iPhone’s volume is up. If it still doesn’t play, email me the passage and I’ll look into it.
